Use of the site

You may browse the site and use its forms for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts that are not yours, or submit false or harmful information.

Client accounts

Client portal accounts are personal. Keep your password private and turn on two-step verification. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Proposals, invoices and payments

Each project is governed by the written proposal you accept. Unless the proposal says otherwise, a deposit starts the work and the balance is due when the website goes live. Recurring services (hosting, domains, care plans) renew automatically until cancelled by contacting us. Applicable sales tax is added to invoices. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text, images, logos and data you provide. You confirm you have the right to use them and grant us permission to use them to deliver your project. Once paid in full, you own the final website design created for you; third-party software, fonts and stock media remain under their own licenses.

Portfolio

We may show work we created for you in our portfolio, without linking to your site, unless you ask us not to.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, The Yong Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the previous twelve months.
