Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect only what you give us: the details you enter in our contact, project, newsletter and job application forms (name, organization, phone, email, message and any files you attach), and the information in your client portal account (contact details, invoices, projects). We also keep basic technical logs (IP address, browser and pages visited) to keep the site secure.

How we use it

We use your information to answer you, prepare proposals, deliver and support your projects, send invoices and service notices, and — only if you subscribed — our newsletter. We do not sell or rent your information.

Payments

Card payments and saved cards are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only keep the card brand, last four digits and expiry date to show you which card is on file.

Who we share with

We share information only with services that help us run the business — for example Stripe (payments), our email and hosting providers, and domain registrars when we register a domain for you — and when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to remember your language, keep you signed in and protect forms. If analytics is enabled, it is used only to understand how visitors use the site.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and leads for as long as useful to serve you, and billing records as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

Security

The site uses encryption (HTTPS), hashed passwords, optional two-step verification and encrypted storage of sensitive keys.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
